LT1033-1 - Liftra Self-Hoisting Crane Base System
SELF-HOISTING CRANE BASE FOR SIEMENS 2.3 MW

This crane base is required to mount the Self-Hoisting Crane in the Siemens 2.3 MW turbine for major component replacements. The base serves as the interface between the turbine and the Self-Hoisting Crane, it fixes the main shaft in place, and it supports the crane during operation. The base parts and tools are transported in a 12 ft container and are usually brought to the site and installed inside the nacelle prior to the arrival of the 40 ft crane container.
